Prompt 1
List the top five types of local businesses/organizations in {your_city/area} that align with my business' offerings and could make ideal partners. For context, my business is on {nature_of_business} and {your_mission/vision}. For the list that you'll provide, make sure to include each name, location, and a brief sentence on why a partnership benefits both sides.
Prompt 2
Now, pick the most promising partner and write an email pitch. Include a compelling subject line and a 150-word message that introduces my business, highlights mutual benefits, and ends with a clear call to action. In crafting the email, ensure to implement a friendly, yet professional tone/writing style. Ask me some questions about my business before you start.
Prompt 3
Through a single and brief paragraph, outline when and how I should send two follow-up messages (ex: a reminder at one week and a value-add note at two weeks) to them. Also, explain why that timing maximizes response rates based on best practices and success metrics.
