Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the aiblackmagic.com website (the "Site") and any digital products, membership areas, content or services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Wawa Llama Ltd. trading as AI Black Magic ("AI Black Magic", "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Site or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not access the Site or use the Services.

2 Services Overview

AI Black Magic provides an online knowledge base of:

Prompt libraries and ready‑to‑copy prompt frameworks.
Video tutorials and walkthroughs.
Automation templates and mini‑apps.
Other learning resources related to AI tools and workflows.

These resources are delivered entirely online through a Memberstack‑powered members’ area hosted on Webflow.

3 Plans & Access Model

One‑time access bundles – Two fixed‑price plans grant ongoing access to a limited subset of resources. Specific inclusions and pricing are shown on the landing page and may change.
Pro Subscription – A monthly subscription that unlocks the full, continually updated library and any future premium releases while the subscription remains active.

We may add, remove or rename plans; the version shown at checkout is authoritative.

4 Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
Accounts are created via Memberstack. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it promptly.

5 Pricing, Taxes & Payments

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and alternative methods enabled in Stripe Checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, iDEAL).
Taxes (including UK VAT, EU VAT OSS, US state sales tax and others where applicable) are calculated automatically via Stripe Tax based on your billing address and status. Business customers in the EU must enter a valid VAT ID to receive a reverse‑charge supply.
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees, including recurring subscription renewals, until cancelled.

6 Delivery & Licence

Digital resources become available immediately upon successful payment through your AI Black Magic account.
Licence grant: we give you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the resources for your own personal or internal business projects.
Prohibited uses: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or incorporate the resources into products or services you sell. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
Automation templates that you download prior to termination may be retained for your own use, subject to the licence above.

7 Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee on first‑time purchases (both one‑time plans and first subscription payment). To request a refund, email hello@aiblackmagic.com within seven calendar days of purchase.
After the 7‑day window all sales are final. Because resources are delivered instantly, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel digital content is waived once access begins.
You may cancel a subscription at any time via your AI Black Magic dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made. We do not pro‑rate unused time.

8 User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten or defame others;
Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law;
Resell or redistribute our resources;
Upload viruses or malicious code;
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our providers.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to AI Black Magic and protected by intellectual‑property laws.
AI BLACK MAGIC and associated logos are trademarks of Wawa Llama Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any material you submit to community or interactive areas but grant us a licence to display it within the Services.

10 AI Disclaimer & Accuracy of Information

The resources and prompts we provide are educational. AI output is unpredictable and may contain errors or biased information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI‑generated output or tutorial. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

11 Data & Privacy

We collect and process only the personal data needed to operate your account (e.g. name, email, billing info) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store or process the text you enter into AI tools.

12 Third‑Party Services & Links

The Site is built on Webflow and uses Memberstack and Stripe. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms. Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

13 Support & Availability

Support is provided by email at hello@aiblackmagic.com. We aim (but do not guarantee) to respond within 24 hours on UK business days.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but make no uptime guarantees. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

14 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to harassment, illegal activity, or reselling our content.
On termination your licence to access the members’ area ends. Previously downloaded automation templates may be retained for personal use, subject to the no‑resale restriction.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Black Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Black Magic, its directors, employees and agents from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

18 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet outages or governmental actions.

19 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to logged‑in members via email or in‑product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree that the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
