Then simply copy and paste the formula into Excel or Google Sheets.

Did you know you can also upload spreadsheets to ChatGPT and have it complete the tasks for you? It can even provide you with a download once it's finished its task. Just make sure to ask for the sheet in its original formatting, otherwise it may leave out some data.
