Kelby ingests images and sensor data (water level, humidity, interior temperature) to estimate growth stages, optimize lighting and watering, send alerts, and recommend interventions like pruning or tank cleaning. The Studio 2 holds 16 yCube seed pods (rockwool medium), has a 1.4 sq ft footprint (17" W × 12" D × 54" H), and took ~20 minutes to assemble. In three months the reviewer grew sunflower, kohlrabi, basil, lettuce, green beans, chard and more; production began around six weeks. Upsides: foolproof indoor growing, easy setup, Kelby guidance, and monthly seed refills with membership.
